Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, and two years professional work experience in human resources or administration.

Special Experience Preferred:

Experience with SPAHRS, the State of Mississippi Personnel and Human Resources System, personal computer skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint, and good communications skills.
