Mondays at 10 am for 45 minutes

Who benefits from Chair Yoga? Those of you with disabilities, inflexibil- ity or who just cannot get on the floor can improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise. The chair replaces the mat! Chair Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your flexibility and elevates your overall health and well-being. Come dressed in your everyday clothing. Class ends in time to make your card game!
