Skype Dinner with the Winemaker Wednesday, January 13 th 6:00 p.m. at the Beach Club Featuring Chappellet Vineyards Recently Phillip Titus the winemaker for Chappellet Vineyards released a 2012 Prichard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon that Robert Parker Rated 99+pts and said, “This is a compelling wine with profound depth and flavor, a full-bodied mouthfeel, and a velvety integration of tannin, acidity and wood. Pushing perfection in Cabernet Sauvignon, this multidimensional, skyscraper-like offering has all the intensity one expects, but it never comes across as heavy.This gives it an ethereal character that is nearly impossible to articulate, but genius is often hard to explain. It is clearly a major superstar of a great vintage.” In addition the Wine Spectator recently placed the 2012 Chappellet Signature Cabernet Sauvignon at #65 on this year’s top 100.
