DON ' T L EAVE WI THOUT…

Away from the tarmac and connected to València by a cycle path, lies a rural world of over 20,000 hectares which is waiting to be discovered . The Horta of València (the fertile land surrounding the city) is one of the very few peri-urban lands remaining in Europe, enveloping the landscape that surrounds the city in a green blanket, dotted with the colours of the area's fruit and vegetables. Typical Valencian farmhouses and farmsteads, which are employed for different purposes, such as hotels and agriculture, can still be seen. It is on the Horta where chufas (tiger nuts) are cultivated, the main ingredient of the Valencian drink Horchata.
