HVACR industry’s ongoing shortage of new technician candidates. The objec tive is to help strengthen the future of the HVACR industry by fostering innovation and skills development. In a news release, Copeland sources cited data that estimates there to be about 42,500 HVACR job openings each year. Sources described the event as an immersive and interactive experience for HVACR apprentices, students and future industry leaders designed to enhance their understanding of the industry through hands-on learning and expert-led discus sions.
