R EMOVING A D ATABASE P ASSWORD

Discussion

If a password is no longer necessary, remove it from the database. You can then open the database at any time without a password.

Procedures

1. Open the desired encrypted database.

2. Select the File tab

on the Ribbon .

3. On the Info screen, select the Decrypt Database button

4. Type the desired password.

Step-by-Step

Remove a password from an existing database.

Open the database, if necessary. Type securenc in the Password Required dialog box and select OK to open the database.
