Adding a condition to a macro using the If block

Procedures

1. Open the desired database. 2. Open the desired macro in the Macro Tools Design contextual tab.

3. Double-click If in the Action Catalog pane. 4. Type the condition expression in the IF field. 5. Type (or copy) the Then action in the Then then field.

Open the Limit macro in Design view.
