11. Select the Record Selectors property. The insertion point appears in the Record Selectors property and an arrow appears to the right of the property.

Click in the Record Selectors property

12. Select the Record Selectors list. A list of properties appears .

No appears in the property .

14. Select the Navigation Buttons property. The insertion point appears in the Navigation Buttons property and an arrow appears to the right of the property. 15. Select the Navigation Buttons list. A list of properties appears .

Click in the Navigation Buttons property

Click Navigation Buttons

16. Select No .

Click No

No appears in the property .

17. Select the Auto Center property. The insertion point appears in the Auto Center property and an arrow appears to the right of the property.

Scroll as necessary and click in the Auto Center property

18. Select the Auto Center list. A list of properties appears .

Click Auto Center

19. Select Yes .

Click Yes

Yes appears in the property .

Practice the Concept: To further improve the appearance of the switchboard, set the Scroll Bars property to Neither and the Auto Resize property to Yes . Enter the text Main Screen in the Caption property so that it appears in the title bar of the switchboard form. Set the Allow Datasheet View , Allow PivotTable View , and Allow PivotChart View properties to No .

Close the property sheet. Save the form and accept the name Main Screen .
