Discussion

Setet startup options for a database. Startup options control what appears when the database opens. For example, you can choose to hide the Navigation Pane and the status bar. You may also select a default form to appear automatically when the Database window opens.

Switchboard forms are often specified in the startup options as the default form. This option allows you to create a form with all the options a user needs and have it appear automatically when the user opens the database.

NOTE Autoexec macros run after the options selected in the Startup dialog box are executed.
