1. Press [F4] to view the property sheet The property sheet appears. 2. Select the desired control from the dropdown list at the top of the property sheet. The desired control is selected. 3. Select the desired tab on the property sheet, if necessary. The desired tab appears. 4. Change the desired control format. The desired control format is changed.

Press [F4] , if necessary

Click Form Header

Click Format

In the Height field type 1” and press [Enter]

When you finish editing your form, close the property sheet and save.

Discussion

You can design one or more command buttons to appear on a form. Command buttons are used to access commonly used functions.

Command buttons are particularly useful because they do not require the database user to know the Microsoft Access menu structure. For example, instead of making the user select Print from the Office menu to print a displayed form, add the Print function to a command button on the form.

Access provides different actions for you to use, which are available in the following categories: Record Navigation , Record Operations , Form Operations , Report Operations , Application , and Miscellaneous .
