Adding a command button

NOTE If you click the Control Wizards button before you create a command button, Access provides you with a wizard to help you create the command button.

Procedures

1. Open the desired form in Design view. 2. On the Design tab in the Controls group click the Use Control Wizards button . in the Controls group on the Design tab. 4. Click in the form where you want to insert the command button. 5. Select the desired category from the Categories list box. 6. Select the desired action from the Actions list box. 3. Click the Button button 7. Select . 8. Select whether you want text or a picture to display on the button. 9. Select the text in the Text box or select the desired picture. 10. Type the text you want to appear on the button, as necessary.

11. Select . 12. Type the desired name for the button.
