Optional lines that make it easier to view data values. Lines that serve as a major reference point for plotting data in charts. Usually, categories of data are plotted along the horizontal (x) axis and data values are plotted along the vertical (y) axis.

NOTE If you need to change the data in the chart datasheet, move the chart so that you can see the datasheet.

Procedures

1. Open the desired form or report in Design view. 2. Right-click the chart object you want to edit. 3. Point to Chart Object . 4. Select Edit .
