Step-by-Step
Add data labels to a chart.
If you have not been using the Sales Data report, open the Sales Data 4 report in Design view.
If necessary, open the Microsoft Graph window.
Steps
Practice Data
1. Select the chart plot area.
Click the chart plot area
Sizing handles appear around the chart plot area.
2. Select the Chart menu. The Chart menu appears.
Click Chart
3. Select Chart Options... .
Click Chart Options…
The Chart Options dialog box opens.
4. Select the Data Labels tab.
Click the Data Labels tab
The Data Labels page appears.
5. Select the desired data label option. The desired data label option is selected and a sample of the choice appears in the sample box on the right in the Chart Options dialog box.

6. Select OK .
Click
The Chart Options dialog box closes, and the data labels appear on the chart.
Close the Microsoft Graph window. Then close and save the report.
