Display All Access Objects in the Navigation Pane, if necessary. Open the Customer table in datasheet view.

1. On the External Data tab in the Export group click the Word Merge button. The Microsoft Word Mail Merge Wizard appears. 2. Select the desired export options. The desired export options are selected.

The Select Microsoft Word Document dialog box opens.
4. Select the desired file.
Double-click MAILSHOT.DOCX in the Student Data Folder
The file is opened in Word, and the Mail Merge task pane appears.
After completing the above steps, follow the standard steps in the Word Mail Merge task pane to create your mail merge, as desired. Close EXPORT1.ACCDB .
