IMRT

IMRT may provide dosimetric and possibly clinical advantages in radiotherapy treatment to some (possibly most or even all) patients with NSCLC being considered for high-dose potentially curative radiotherapy.

Current data are insufficient to fully determine the clinical, or even the dosimetric, advantage of IMRT, except that all data seem to point towards the advantage of IMRT over 3DCRT
