The Centerpiece of Roxiticus Golf Club Our 18 hole championship golf course designed by legendary course architect, Hal Purdy, with recent modifications made by Robert McNeil, provides the centerpiece of Roxiticus. Playing as long as 6,500 yards from the back tees, the course winds through nearly 200 acres of mountainous woodlands and nine spring fed ponds. When not distracted by the breathtaking views, you will be tested by the superb layout that is a true shot maker’s golf course. Proper position off the tee provides the best chance for low scores at Roxiticus, thus why the course appeals to golfers of all skill levels. Roxiticus features a full service practice facility where you can work on your short and long game, including an indoor tech center to help you improve your game. Our professional staff of PGA instructors provide both individual and group lessons.

Relax & Rejuvenate If you’re looking for the perfect summer getaway, look no further than Roxiticus. Our club’s emphasis on family togetherness, enjoyment and relaxation is perhaps best realized at our expansive swimming pool facility, which is the hub of socialization and fun for everyone during the summer! You’re likely to notice the beautiful and scenic lounging areas, with manicured lawns and plenty of seating in both sunny and shaded areas. Our members experience the finest in service and hospitality, all while being poolside. Adjacent to our swimming pool facility is our snack stand with a full offering of healthy options for the entire family. The carriage house, conveniently located nearby, offers changing rooms and full showering capabilities. Roxiticus also takes great pride in our championship Swim Team. Our developmental swim program offers an introduction to the swim team environment with a focus on personal best times, self-esteem and swimming fundamentals.

Tennis in the Warmer Months, Paddle in the Cooler Ones. Five award winning Har-Tru tennis courts are available for practice, friendly games and competition. Believe us...there are plenty of opportunities to put your skills to the test with a full slate of tournaments throughout the year and men’s and women’s tennis teams. Participate in our lively Paddle Tennis Program, with three elevated paddle courts that are lit for night time play. Once the weather gets cooler, friendly competition ensues while fellow players and friends cheer from the sidelines - our warming hut features a full kitchen and a deck complete with a fire pit to warm up between matches. There’s no offseason for racquet sports at Roxiticus. And we’ve got the best facilities in Somerset Hills to top it all off. If you’re looking to tune up your game to be tournament ready, you can choose from a variety of clinics with our experienced instructors.

The Shanley House features different dining and sitting areas, including an unparalleled wrap-a-round terrace, relaxing ambiance and living room. At The Gazebo bar, you are sure to bump into your closest friends. Or make sure to claim your seat out on The Terrace and take in the sunset view and savor your favorite dish. Members and their families can also enjoy The Dining Room and The Men’s Grill.
