TRIAD S.A.L.T. COUNCIL The Christiansburg/Montgomery TRIAD S.A.L.T. (Senior’s and Law Enforcement Working Together) Council works on various projects to benefit active older adults in the community. The council meets every third Tuesday of the month at 1:30pm at the Christiansburg Recreation Center. The meetings are open to all who wish to attend. This activity is beneficial to the residents in many ways by improving hand and eye coordination and as a sensory experience with smell and touch. If you would like to donate flowers, paint vases or assist with the program, contact Tammy or Kemvia at 540-382-2349 and we will provide you with further details.

SHRED-A-THON – FREE Help prevent identity theft and shred unwanted documents. Protect your important information and clean out the clutter. This is a drive thru event, no walk-ups will be allowed. Papers to be shredded are preferred to be in a plastic storage bin or box, no bigger than 22.5x18x11.5 with a limit of three per vehicle. Do no bring papers in plastic bags.
