What Can I Do?

Thank you for taking the time to look through this book and read what your LGBTQ and Ally colleagues have been bold enough to share – this is a great first step, but it is also only the beginning. If you really want to make a difference, we hope that you read on to learn a little bit more about the LGBTQ community and the things you can do at work and at home to make an impact both at Altria and in your local community. Membership in Mosaic is open to anyone who supports the vision of fostering greater diversity, creativity, and innovation, as well as a company-wide culture of inclusion and opportunity. This includes members of the LGBTQ community and anyone who is interested in becoming an Ally. Our hope is that this book has sparked an interest in becoming a member and that we will see you at one of our upcoming Mosaic sponsored events.
