Macaluso simply couldn't resist that thread, as dad and mom were down the hallway with the scheduler, "You are indeed a big boy. ... So... Mommy pees a lot?" Mrs. Feder was way way distended with an advanced pregnancy, and this little fellow notices the mother's frequent absences more than her shape? That was cute, but Macaluso was thinking that it might be a shock for William to be in a body cast and then have a replacement child show up unannounced. Bam. No warning. He asked, "So why does mommy pee a lot? Hmmm? Why is that?" "Daddy says ladies have small blenders." "Bladders?" "Yeah." William was pulling his shirt up with his belly button sticking out, "Plus they talk more so it fills faster." "What?" the doctor went upright making a quizzical face. "Pee pee comes from talking. So it fills up faster in girls." He was protruding then in-sucking his tummy in the course of this revelation. The doctor asked if the little guy noticed anything different about mommy lately. Little William made a serious face, waving his finger in the air, "I keep telling her to shut up!" "Why?" "She's gunna splode!" From the door way, "Who's going to explode?" Mr. Feder had just poked his head in to be sure that William was OK in their absence, "Who?" But the little fellow just clamed up. Macaluso went to the door laughing then whispered to Mr. Feder, "That is one wonderful, vivacious, and factually fucked up kid." When Mrs. Feder later heard the story of the nature of life, as assembled by William, she exclaimed, "Jesus! That's why he keeps screaming at me to shut up?"
