If you decide to display your mailbox in Folders view, the folders in Outlook 2016 has the most common folders close together. The other folders below are alphabetized. The Folders view can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, the Navigation Pane buttons at the bottom of the screen. This Folders view allows you to view available folders and display items within those folders quickly and easily. You can also quickly perform folder management functions, such as creating subfolders to organize your items, without changing the view.
