1. Select the Mail button on the Navigation Pane . The Mail pane appears

2. Select the New Mail Message button on the Home tab. The Message window opens.

The Backstage View is displayed.

6. Select Editor Options .

Click

The Editor Options dialog box opens and the Popular settings are displayed. Note that changes to the first six options apply to all of your Office 2016 programs.

7. Select Display .

Click Display

The Display settings are shown. These let you control whether various formatting marks are visible.

8. Select Proofing .

Click Proofing

The Proofing settings for correcting spelling and grammar are displayed. Note that some of the options apply to all of your Office 2016 programs.

9. Select Advanced .

Click Advanced

The Advanced settings are displayed. Note that there are four sections in Advanced settings: Editing options , Cut , copy and paste , Display e-mail content and Display . Use the scroll bar to view additional content.
