3. Select the mail account you want to check. The Outlook Send/Receive Progress dialog box opens, the mail is sent from your Outbox folder to the recipients, and any new mail is downloaded from the selected mail server to your Inbox folder.

Click the account you want to use for sending and receiving or “All Accounts” group.

R EADING M ESSAGES IN THE R EADING P ANE  D ISCUSSION

By default, the Reading Pane appears to the right of the message list when you select the Inbox folder. When you select a message in the list, the message is displayed in the Reading Pane .

At the top of the Reading Pane is a message header area that displays the message Subject , the e-mail address of the person who sent the message and the address or addresses of the message recipients. The date and time the message was sent is displayed in the header. Note that the buttons above the header in the Reading Pane.
