NOTE When you reply to a message, a light blue InfoBar with the date and time of the reply appears at the top of the message in the Reading Pane and in the Message window.

By default, when you reply to a message, the original message appears in the reply. You can turn off this feature by going to Options and the Mail portion. Locate the Replies and Forwards section. Choose the desired setting.

P ROCEDURES 1. Open the folder containing the message to which you want to reply. 2. Select or open the desired message. 3. Select the Reply button to reply to the message author or the Reply to All button to reply to all message recipients. 4. Type your reply.

5. Select the Send button

S TEP - BY -S TEP Reply to a message.

Open the Inbox folder.

If you do not have a message with the subject Worldwide Spring Expo in your mailbox, exchange messages with your partner with the subject Worldwide Spring Expo and the message text We need your advertising materials for the meeting next week .
