Discussion

A view defines the format and layout of the items in a folder. By changing a folder’s view, you can control the way in which items appear and how they are arranged in the Outlook window. Views also affect what items appear by filtering the items based on criteria.

There are several different views available when working with any of Outlook’s folders. You can select a view with the Change View button from the Current View group on the View tab of the Ribbon.
