NOTE You can edit the selected time by selecting the portion you want to change and then either choose from the date/time picker or type the desired date/time.

Procedures

1. Right-click the flag in the message header to which you want to add a reminder. 2. Select the Add Reminder command. 3. Select the Flag to list. 4. Select a reason for the flag. 5. Select the Start date list. 6. Select the required Start date . 7. Select the Due date list. 8. Select a due date. 9. To set a date for the Reminder , select the list to the right of the Reminder box. 10. Select a Reminder date. 11. To set a time for the Reminder , select the list to the right of the Date box. 12. Select the desired time for the Reminder . 13. Select OK .

If necessary, open the Inbox folder.

1. Right-click the flag in the message header to which you want to add a reminder. A Flag menu appears. 2. Select the Add Reminder command. The Flag for Follow Up dialog box opens.

Scroll as necessary and click Review

The selected reason appears in the Flag to box.
