Welcome to the MyHR Portal

MyHR is how we refer to the new HR experience, bringing better, simpler access to HR service supported by market leading technology. The MyHR Portal will provide easy access to our HR source systems and is a place to submit inquiries and get answers to HR questions across the globe.

IMPORTANT: Your Information Security is Important to Wolters Kluwer.

Data privacy and security are top priorities to Wolters Kluwer. Access to information is role based and limited to what one “needs to know” to do their job.

You will be logged in through single sign on (no need to keep track of additional user names or passwords). Be sure to bookmark the MyHR Portal, MyHR.wolterskluwer.com , so you always know where to go to access our global HR systems and submit your questions directly to the HR team.

IMPORTANT: Change Your Preferred Language After logging in, please set your language preference to give you the best experience: 1. Go to My Account at the top right of your screen. 2. How to Search

Use the MyHR Portal to search for content and get answers to your HR-related questions.

Note: Landing screens may vary slightly by location.

Quickly search for answers to your HR questions by typing keywords into the Search field and pressing Enter.

Use the Quick Links to access other HR systems.

Explore articles and forms by clicking on one of the categories.

• Your search terms do not have to be an exact match to return the correct results. • However, spelling matters! Misspelled words will result in incorrect or empty search results. • The search function will also search words in the body of an article and return results that match .

Can’t Find What You’re Looking For? Submit a Request

If you are not able to find the information you are looking for, click the red Ask HR Quick Link on the MyHR Portal landing page to send a request or question. You will receive an email from noreply@hr.wolterskluwer.com with a secure link to review the response.

Tracking Progress of Open Requests You can track the progress of any question you have submitted in Open requests .

Finding Previously Answered Questions Any Time in Closed Requests Once you’ve received a resolution to a request, the request is closed. However, because you may need the same information later, Closed requests are saved and displayed on the screen below Open requests .

Your use of the MyHR Portal is important for our continuous improvement of the platform. Over time, we will be adding articles and documents to make it even easier to get HR information.

The Workday Desktop

Once you are in the MyHR Portal, you can access Workday by clicking the Workday button in the Quick Links. The Workday screen is populated with Applications for your role and may look slightly different from the screen shown here. Note: Managers will see a slightly different view.

Quickly search for people, tasks, jobs, and reports

To view a list of your Notifications, click the Notifications icon. Click an item on the list to view it. To view items requiring your action, click the Inbox icon, then click the Actions tab. This will show you your pending action items. To check the status of an item, click it, then click the Process tab.

Many of your interactions with Workday will be managed using your Workday Inbox and Notifications. Notifications contain information you need to be aware of, but they do not require action from you in the system.

Finding Your Personal Information in Workday

To locate your personal profile and information, click the Personal Information application icon. Your profile shows your position as well as your personal contact information. Only you (the employee) can view/change your personal information.

The Global Career Framework Job Architecture In Workday, you will see reference to the new Job Architecture, which includes 18 Job Family Groups and 126 Job Families, giving us a consistent, global language for how we organize jobs.

Using the Directory The Directory application icon allows you to search for internal contact information such as the work telephone numbers for co-workers. (You can also enter the co-worker’s name in the Search field to find this information.) Another option within the Directory application is to find organization charts within the company.

MANAGERS

For Managers: Finding Your Team Information

Viewing Team Information and Position Details Managers can view a variety of information about their teams in the My Team Management application located on their Home Page. When you click the My Team Management icon, a menu of available actions appears. From there, you can drill down to find your full organization.

Managers Can See the Following from the My TeamManagement Application: • List of direct reports assigned to the respective manager (with a link that will bring them to the employee’s Position Detail) • List of ‘common’ Actions that the Manager can initiate • List of ‘common’ reports/items that a Manager may need to access • Some reports will refresh and ‘pop-up’ every time the manager accesses this application, including: Number of Pending Promotions and Recent Activity and Recent Activity (Transactions Completed) for individuals assigned to the Manager’s supervisory organization

Managing Your Personal Preferences

When you first logged into the MyHR Portal, you set your preferred language. You should also set your personal preferences for the Workday system,

Setting Your Preferred Language To change your preferred language in Workday, click the My Account menu on the upper right corner of the screen. Select Change Preferences , then click Preferred Display Language . Select your preferred language, then click OK .

Setting Your Search Preferences To change your search preferences, click the My Account menu, then select Change Preferences . Click Search Preferences to filter search results. Select your preferred settings, then click OK .

Managing Your Personal Information in Workday

Changing Personal Information Through the Personal Information Application Some information is changed from within the Personal Information application on the Workday screen. To change personal information, click the Personal Information application icon to open the Change menu. From this menu you can select the information you want to change:

▪ Contact information , including addresses and phone numbers

▪ Personal information , including a link for uploading your photo

▪ Emergency contacts , where you can add or edit contact names, and designate a primary contact

When you select any of these items, a form will appear for that information. Make the changes you want, being sure to fill in the required fields marked in red (*). When you have finished, select Submit to save your changes, or select Save for Later to save your changes without submitting them.

Searching for Jobs at Wolters Kluwer

What Can You Do Through the My Career Icon?

Any employee of Wolters Kluwer can search for open jobs anywhere in the company. You can not only view these jobs and apply for them yourself, you can also refer someone else as a candidate.

Searching for Open Jobs You can search for open jobs by clicking the My Career application icon on your Workday page. In the Wolters Kluwer Find Jobs page that opens, you can use either the Search box or filters to refine your search. You can also save your search for future use.

Viewing Details of a Posted Job Once you locate a posting, clicking on it will open the description and details of the job. From here you can either apply for the job or refer a candidate.

Applying for a Position or Refer a Candidate

Applying for an Open Job Click the Apply button to begin the process of applying for the job. You will be directed to add the pertinent information. Click Submit when you have finished. For more information on applying for a job, see the Applying for an Internal Job tip sheet.

Referring a Candidate Click the Refer button to provide a potential candidate’s name and email address. The person referred will receive an email to apply for the job. Be sure to read and follow the Wolters Kluwer Global Employee Referral Policy in the MyHR Portal, for more important information about referring a candidate.
