The Educational Assistance Program offers tuition reimbursement and is open to full-time team members completing 90 days of continuous, active employment, and part-time team members completing 180 days of continuous active service. Review EagleNet for qualifying details, talk with your manager and Executive Director, complete the Continuing Education Request/Approval form (prior to the start of the coursework) and be on your way to meeting your life-long learning dreams. Rental Discount Program: HHHunt team members who lease an apartment in a HHHunt community will receive a discount in rent based on the status of their employment. Full-time team members will receive a 20% reduction in rent and part- time team members will receive a 10% reduction in rent. Discounts for team members residing in fee managed communities are subject to the policies of the owner. Team members are required to meet all rental and leasing criteria. Any team member voluntarily leaving the employment of the organization or voluntarily wishing to terminate a lease early may be responsible for the same re-rental or sublease provisions as any other resident. The employee will remain responsible or (c) expiration of the original lease. Team members must notify Management of the apartment community in which they reside if they leave the employment of HHHunt, whether through resignation or termination. In the event a team member is terminated by the organization, management may terminate the team member’s lease early (subject to applicable leasing laws) after thorough review of the circumstances. Homes Discount Program: HHHunt has a discount available to all full-time team members who purchase an HHHunt home and have been with the company 2 years. The discount includes:  5% off the base house and structural options  10% off the price of design options selected in the design center  Lot premiums include 20% off the published full price There is a paid flat fee of $1,500 for a new home advisor, full commission for appointment on design center options from a design consultant and no outside real estate agent is allowed in the discount. Other Discounts: HHHunt has partnered with companies that can possibly save you money through discounts to those companies. Some of those include Verizon Wireless, Liberty Mutual, Wells Fargo, Truliant Federal Credit Union, Suntrust, and BB&T.
