EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

Career Milestones: We recognize our team members are an integral part of our organization. Awards are presented for one (1), three (3) and then each five years of service (5, 10, 15, etc.). Division Awards: Each year team members are selected from the HHHunt Senior Living division for Employee of the Year, Star Team Member, and Team Spirit awards. Potential recipients will be considered based upon their demonstration of embracing the Company’s vision, mission, values, and brand promises.

Community/Regional Awards: Each community presents additional awards to team members in recognition of superlative performance. Team members are nominated by fellow team members. There is also an ongoing program which allows co-workers and family members to recognize a team member for outstanding service within each community. Team members may also receive awards at the regional level.

EMPLOYEE EMERGENCY FUND

HHHunt has established a special fund to assist team members when a significant emergency or disaster situation arises. This fund is intended to help our fellow team members following personal tragedies such as natural disasters, house fires and other times of loss. Occasionally, the Employee Emergency Fund Committee will request contributions from team members to replenish the Employee Emergency Fund.
