MILITARY LEAVE

Team members should provide advance notice of military leave. The Company will comply with all applicable laws covering military members.

PERSONAL LEAVE OF ABSENCE

In emergency situations, a personal leave of absence without pay may be granted by HHHunt and/or the community. The request must be submitted in writing to your supervisor and approved by the Executive Director, in advance (whenever possible). Reinstatement will not be guaranteed to any team member requesting personal leave. However, the Company will try to place team members returning from personal leave in their former position or a position comparable in status and pay, subject to budgetary restrictions, the Company's need to fill vacancies, and its ability to find qualified temporary replacements.
