defamatory, obscene, proprietary, or libelous by any offended party, not just the Company. Team members are cautioned that they should have no expectation of privacy while using the Internet or HHHunt equipment and facilities. PROTECTION OF COMPANY INFORMATION

Unless specifically instructed, team members are not authorized to speak on behalf of the Company. If you are contacted by the press or media regarding any matter that seeks a response by the Company, you must notify your Executive Director. Team members are expected to protect the privacy of our residents and the Company.

CONDUCT

Freedom of expression and open communication practices are encouraged as part of being a collaborative workplace. We are guided by our conduct and choices every day both in and out of the workplace, because after all, this is our home away from home. A workplace must be professional at all times where every team member feels safe, respected, and empowered to be responsible for their own actions. Behaviors that are inconsistent, incompatible, or in conflict with our foundational values, and brand promises take away from our focus on business operations, and being your personal best. Living the values and brand promises, and acting with integrity are expected for every position. In accordance with standard practices, and in some states licensure rule, HHHunt will conduct criminal record checks during the pre-hire process, and as necessary, current team members. Background checks serve as an important part of the selection process. Employment with HHHunt is conditional pending receipt of an acceptable criminal background check. Background checks are done as a means of promoting a safe environment for residents and team members, and protecting property and information of the community. Company practices will comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all other applicable rules, regulations, and laws, both federal and state. In addition, practices will comply with state licensure guidelines as they pertain to personnel requirements in an assisted living community. Information attained from the background check process will be kept strictly confidential with only the necessary management personnel having access to the information. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS
