X. WHILE ON THE JOB

EMPLOYMENT OF RELATIVES & PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS

HHHunt respects the privacy of all team members and recognizes that individuals are entitled to freely choose their personal associations and relationships. However, the Company wants to avoid situations where the employment of relatives, domestic partners, or amorous relationships among coworkers provide an opportunity for conflicts of interest. Familial and amorous relationships among team members and/or managers and team members are to be avoided and are only permitted if granted an exception as described in the policy located on EagleNet.

INTRODUCTORY / INITIAL EVALUATION PERIOD

When joining the Company, you will be considered in an introductory evaluation period for the first 90 days of employment to assess your ability, potential, and future with the Company. This period gives the Company time to become acquainted and to evaluate your suitability for employment. Your supervisor will evaluate your progress, giving consideration to your overall work performance, the quality of work, efficiency, attendance record, attitude, ability to work and cooperate with other team members, residents, and visitors, and other factors related to your ability to do the job. Under certain circumstances an extension of the introductory evaluation period may occur. At the Company's sole discretion during this period, an introductory team member may be disciplined, transferred to another department or have their employment terminated.
