HHHunt’s performance evaluation system for team members is called Cme .

This program is about EACH of us as members of the HHHunt team. It speaks to what we each want and expect of our leaders and each other. “Leader, I want you to Cme = See me . I want you to relate to me and Connect what I do that brings value to the Company. I want you to Collaborate with me, partner to help me be successful in my role. I want you to Challenge me and help me do better and reach further. I want you to Coach me and guide me with your expertise. I want you to Commit to me and to our Mission, Vision, Values & Brand Promises.” The focus of Cme is for you to have valuable conversations with your manager. Together, you discuss your recent performance and your future expectations. It is to connect the work you do every day to the Company and your immediate team. The discussion should include the help your manager will provide and the challenges you will accept. Cme conversations create space to get and give feedback, so your manager can tailor how they manage and coach you. The mutual commitment ties your work and goals to your manager, your team, and the company as a whole, exactly in the spirit of being Employee Centered.

No Ratings Quarterly Development Check-Ins Review of Past and Focused on Future Not connected to Base Pay increases

PROMOTIONS/TRANSFERS

Consideration for advancement is given for factors like: qualifications for the job, length of service, work performance, attitude, and other pertinent factors to fulfill the requirements and specifications of the job. When circumstances permit, transfers to other HHHunt communities may be arranged at the team member's and/or Company's request. Team members requesting transfer should discuss their request with their immediate supervisor If you transfer to another HHHunt community within thirty (30) days of leaving the original community, you will receive credit for past service with the Company.
