COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS

HHHunt uses many forms of communication to bring team members closer to each other and the company. All team members who provide an email address will be added to our team member email list and will receive messages from the HHHunt President, a weekly team member news digest, and other important alerts and messages. The content of the emails is for informational purposes and can also be accessed through your supervisor, community bulletin boards, our intranet, or Human Resources. Providing an email address is voluntary and is not considered to be compensable time. HHHunt maintains an intranet, called EagleNet , to communicate important information. Any team member with internet access can log in to view company news, benefits information, HR tools, and forms. HHHunt’s HR information system, UltiPro , is also available to any team member with internet access. Team members can log into UltiPro at any time to view their employment record, pay history, current benefits, sick and vacation balances, and more. All team members are provided with login information at time of hire to both EagleNet and UltiPro. For assistance with either system, please send an email to support@hhhunt.com . HHHunt’s newsletter, HHHunt Happenings , is published quarterly and distributed to all team members. This publication provides newsworthy information to all team members. Each community maintains a Bulletin Board with information of interest and importance. This bulletin board is for company use only; team members may not post or remove information from the board. LOST & FOUND Please report any lost or found articles to the Executive Director's office immediately. HHHunt will not be responsible for personal property lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.
