Education collaboration

Emirates Steel, a subsidiary of the general holding corporation SENAAT, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI). The MoU establishes a framework for cooperation and collaboration, with the aim of enhancing the education services available in Abu Dhabi in line with Abu Dhabi 2030 Vision. Commenting on the signing of the MoU, Eng Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi, CEO of Emirates Steel, said: “Emirates Steel is committed to developing the next generation of Emirati industry leaders. Through this agreement with ADVETI we look forward to establishing a long-term partnership, based upon areas of mutual interest, and contributing to the creation of innovative training programs that prepare talented UAE nationals for a wide variety of positions within the UAE’s growing industrial sector.”

Jasem Al Khateri, vice president of human capital and services at Emirates Steel, said: “Human capital development is a key focus for us at Emirates Steel, andwe look forward to working closely with ADVETI.
