Windak Group, together with Axjo America, will present its new packaging solutions – the QuickPac Coiler and MultiPac 360° concept – collaborative products which are optimised packaging solutions. Windak will demonstrate an MP450_3.0 automatic spool assembly machine with Axjo’s Multipac spools. The Multipac spool is divided in the middle and has a slightly conical barrel. This allows each half of the spool to be stacked, meaning that up to three times as many spools can be loaded on a trailer. The MP450_3.0 automatically assembles the Multipac spools and loads them into the spooler, eliminating manual depalletising and loading of spools into the machine. The QuickPac’s exclusive stretch wrap solution eliminates the need for a strapper or binder, and is capable of winding up to 12 coils per minute.
