Arlen Ness was one of the rst to manufacture billet gas caps in the industry. Each cap is machined from billet aluminum and features our exclusive ratcheting design. Our Smooth style pop-up style gas cap ts nearly ush when closed; and opens easily with just a quarter turn in the center of the cap.
