• The Island Commons—toward a new wheelchair accessible van • The CTC—toward a motorized wheelchair to enable safe transport • Chebeague Recreation Center—lighting upgrade; engineering survey of all its facilities to plan for future capital requirements • The Kids’ Place—an Energy Audit toward economic use of their facilities year-round • Stephen L.
