Erin Harmonson returns to the USD Softball coaching staff for her second year in charge of the pitchers. Harmonson, a 2006 graduate from University of San Diego and former player of Coach McElvain's, takes charge of the pitching

staff.

Francesca Ramos begins her ninth year with the Toreros, and fifth on the coaching staff. A graduate of USD in May 2005, she played for USO all four years and graduated with a de– gree in Sociology and minored in Leadership & American Humanics. Ramos g raduated with her Masters in Leadership Studies in January 2008 from USO as well. She finished with a career 110 appearances with 69 starts, 127 at

A local from San Diego, she works mainly with the outfield and was responsible for developing an extensive throwing improvement program for the athletes she is responsible for. Ramos attended Point Loma High School where she played four years of varsity softball and she played for American Pastime 18 Gold for her travel ball career. Ramos is currently employed by the Department of Navy Human Resources Service Center Southwest located in Downtown San Diego as a Labor Relations Specialist.The primary mission of her division is to rep resent the Secretary of Navy in administrative proceedings, and to provide labor and employee relations advice and guidance for Navy commands in the Southwest, Northwest, Pacific regions, and in the greater metropolitan area of Washington, D.C.
