Find out how to sort fact from fiction among the multiple issues involved in estate planning. This program, presented by Paul R. Daniele, Esq., addresses wills, living wills, powers of attorney, estate taxes, trusts and asset protection. Paul will cover frequently asked questions and common misconceptions regarding these topics. Paul is a member of the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association and a member of Lawyers with Purpose, a national organization that deals with estate planning. He has been practicing in New Jersey since 1967, served as an assistant Essex County prosecutor (1968- 1976) and sat as a Judge for 27 years (1979-2006). He was the first judge to be awarded the Newark Peace Prize in 1991.
