(1) A resolution was submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and approved in 2019, in order to appoint Ernst & Young Accountants LLP as the Company’s auditors for the 2019 financial year.

Ernst & Young Accountants LLP has a licence from the AFM to perform statutory audits for Public Interest Entities and its representative is member of the NBA (Koninklijke Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants – the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants). The NBA is the professional body for accountants in the Netherlands . The Unaudited Condensed Interim IFRS Consolidated Financial Information for the three-month period ended 31 March 2019 and 2018 as included in this Registration Document have not been audited.
