Neesha Dave is a specialist in Interventional Pain and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is double board

certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and American Board of Pain Medicine

and specializes in many aspects of medical pain management including all spinal injections and electrodiagnostic

studies. Her approach is to educate her patients and provide a comprehensive treatment plan to promote

rehabilitation.

In addition to her pain management practice, Dr. Dave is the medical director of East Bay Functional

Rehabilitation. This multidisciplinary program helps injured workers and individuals suffering from chronic pain

attain the highest level of functioning possible through medication optimization, physical rehabilitation, and

psychological behavior modification.

Dr. Dave graduated from U.C. Berkeley in 1999 and completed medical school at Western University of Health

Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 2003. She then went on to do internship at Pacific

Hospital in Long Beach and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through the U.C. Irvine in 2007.

She completed a one year fellowship in Pain Management with IPM Medical Group, Inc in 2008 and started

practicing with IPM in 2009.

Dr. Dave is available to see patients in our Alameda, Oakland and Walnut Creek offices. She is fluent in Spanish

and conversational in Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi.
