* Each module begins on a Saturday at 6:00 PM CT and concludes the following Wednesday by 4:00 PM CT unless otherwise noted.

* The Kellogg School of Management and SurgiVision® Consultants Inc. award a certificate upon successful completion of the PHYSICIAN CEO program. In addition, access to certain alumni benefits will be offered by the Kellogg School of Management to participants who complete the PHYSICIAN CEO program. * The PHYSICIAN CEO program is developed in collaboration with the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and SurgiVision® Consultants, Inc.
