FFIEC: Small Bank Call Report

• Launched in March 2017 – 76% of eligible institutions filled the 051 as of March 2018 – Banks can opt-in at any time, so long as their prior June 30 total asset size was less than $1bn.

• Initiative is ongoing – On March 30 th the agencies announced further eliminated items

• Combined with prior revisions to the Call Report, approximately 51% of required data items for smaller, less complex institutions, and 28% of required data items for all other institutions have changed. • Banker Webinar on April 5, 2018 to discuss the Call Report revisions and other reporting changes.
