Capital Project Description: FCPL's contract for its Integrated Library System ends December 31, 2021. The Department is looking at a possible migration to a new vendor at that time. In addition to a software migration, the hardware associated will need to be replaced as it is nearing end of life, is not PCI compliant, and will not be compatible with an upgrade in software.
