This offer (the “Offer”) is brought to you by Emir- ates (trading as Emirates Holidays), a corporation established by Dubai Ruler’s Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its principal office at Emir- ates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Emirates”). These terms and conditions together with the gen- eral terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of the offer (together the “Terms”) set out the rules of participation in connection with the Offer. By participating in the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Offer commences on 22 October 2015 and closes on 24 December 2015 (“Offer Period”). The Offer cannot be claimed retrospectively or on ex- isting bookings made before the Offer Period. Qualifying Participants In order to be eligible to enter the Offer, you must purchase an adult fare Economy, Business or First Class ticket on applicable Emirates flights from Malta and be travelling and be travelling in a par- ty of minimum two passengers, herein known as (“Qualifying Participants”). The Offer is void in countries where it is prohibited by law. Individuals located in a country restrict- ed by applicable controls and sanctions or other laws or regulations as they relate to this Offer are ineligible to participate in the Offer. Each Partici- pant must ensure that his or her participation in the Offer is lawful in accordance with the laws of the country of which he or she is a citizen and/or resides, and/or happens to be at the time the en- try is made. Emirates shall not be taken to make any representations, express or implied, as to the lawfulness of any individual’s participation, or as to any other aspect of the Offer. Employees of Emir- ates and/or their immediate family are not eligible to enter the Offer. The Offer To avail of the Offer, Qualifying Participants must, during the Offer Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates Flight for a minimum of two adults as one booking operated exclusively by Emirates via Emirates Holidays locations in Malta or by visiting a travel agent with point of origin and sale as Malta and travel dates between 23 October 2015 and 27 December 2015 (“Qualifying Holiday”). Minimum three night stay applies. All Qualifying Participants who have purchased a Qualifying Holiday during the Offer Period will be eligible for the Offer pursuant to these Terms.

Hotel Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• The hotel accommodation is based on 2 (two) adults (excludes children and infants) sharing 1 (one) double room on a bed and breakfast basis for three consecutive nights. Any supplements for a child, if applicable, will be borne by the Qualifying Participant; • Subject to availability, the complimentary tthree night’s hotel accommodation is offered in selected hotels in Dubai; • The Qualifying Participant and where appli- cable their guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the hotel ac- commodation including but not limited to all in- cidental charges and other ancillary costs associ- ated with the hotel stay. The Qualifying Participant is responsible for any amendment fees incurred to make changes to the hotel accommodation; • Cancellation fees will be charged for the ho- tel cancelled less than 6 days prior to arrival includ- ing cancellation of complimentary hotel bookings • Emirates reserve the right to amend the ho- tel accommodation at any time. No cash alternative or refunds will be offered on any hotel stays in accordance with this Offer. Ad- ditional hotel accommodation can be booked through Emirates Holidays at an additional charge. This Offer cannot be combined with any other Emirates Holidays discount or Offer. Any Qualifying Participant who fails to abide by these Terms or fails to meet the participation or eligibility criteria set out in these Terms, may be deemed ineligible to participate in the Offer at the sole discretion of Emirates. The Offer will be avail- able for a limited period only and can be changed or withdrawn by Emirates at their discretion with- out notice. Emirates Holiday packages and Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Holidays Standard Booking Conditions and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and appli- cable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website. Personal Information Emirates collect and use the Qualifying Partici- pant’s personal information (the “Data”) in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose or transmit such information to third par- ties rendering services in relation to the Offer. In processing the Data Emirates may transfer it to countries which may not afford the same level of data protection as your country of residence. How- ever, in all cases, Emirates undertakes to collect,
