Project Name: Redskins Indoor Training Facility

Project Location: 21300 Redskins Drive, Ashburn, VA

Summary: Merritt Construction Services’ first project with theWashington Redskins was a 100,800 SF indoor training facility with a 96-foot peak clear height. Work on the full- size NFL indoor synthetic turf field began in October 2011 and finished in December 2011. The organization called on Merritt’s expertise a few years later, in 2013, to construct a 5,000 SF hydrotherapy room and strength training area. Another project that year included the renovation of the team’s 6,300 SF commercial kitchen space.
