Prices All unit prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

Important Program Information Minimum $10.00 upcharge PER PIECE for special orders outside of the published program.

Freight All orders are shipped FOB- El Paso, Texas. Wabash Valley and Urbanscape products are shipped FOB- Silver Lake, Indiana. The ECG1929 Covered Charcoal Grill, ECPCB Optional Castor Base and Smoker's Butler are shipped FOB- Janesville, Iowa. Unloading, unpacking and placement of products are the responsibility of the purchaser and is not included in freight charges.

Routing Unless specific routing is requested, all shipments will be routed at the discretion of our traffic department.

Claims If concealed damage and/or shortages to containers is discovered when cartons are unpacked, the common carrier must be notified immediately and a claim form filed to collect damages. All damages and/or shortages must be reported within fifteen (15) days of delivery. Returns No returns will be accepted unless authorized in advance by the factory and returned freight prepaid. Special return authorization labels must be utilized on all returns.

Rights Reserved We may, from time to time, make changes in some items we offer. Texacraft reserves the right to make product changes in design, material and specification or to make product changes without incurring liability or obligation with reference to similar products previously manufactured.

Frame Warranty Texacraft hereby warrants its frames to the original purchaser for a period of five years against defects in workmanship and materials. This is a limited warranty. Please contact your sales representative regarding warranty information for Wabash Valley, Urbanscape and Premium Casuals. Vinyl Warranty Texacraft hereby warrants its vinyl straps against breakage only to the original purchaser for a period of two years. This is a limited warranty. Please consult your sales representative regarding warranty information for Wabash Valley and Premium Casual products. Texacraft warranties become null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from any of the following: • Unauthorized repairs • Breakage due to abuse or misuse • Repair, alteration or modification of the product by anyone other than Texacraft or authorized representatives thereof • Damage resulting from accidents • Normal fading of vinyl color caused by exposure to the sun and weather • Vandalism • Furniture is not designed for in-pool use — Voids Warranty. Umbrella Warranty FiberBuilt Umbrellas warrants its fiberglass umbrella ribs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions or a period of three years from the date of original purchase. All product dimensions and weights provided in this price list are approximate and are presented as accurately as possible. Texacraft reserves the right to make minor design changes or modifications and to discontinue finish color, strap color, fabrics or styles without notice.
