Origin: United Kingdom, Morocco We source raspberries from the famous Strathmore Valley in Scotland, which provide the perfect growing conditions for soft fruits. We source our Orange Flowers from Morocco. Dar Belamri is one of the regions we source from, the traditional area for orange flower harvest in Morocco. From as little as three weeks a year, and only three weeks, the orange flower blooms in the region of Dar Bel Amri in Morocco. We use Orange Flower extracts produced from the flowers of the Bitter Orange tree which are normally used for perfumery.

Scottish raspberries were selected due to their unique tart flavour which works perfectly with the sweetness of the orange blossom. Orange blossom brings citrus tonalities, mainly orange & mandarin to the liquid as well as a delicate floral note.
