Fernando Gutiérrez, Regional Commercial Director for the fDi Intelligence Mr. Fernando M. Gutiérrez holds a degree in “Business with Economics” from the University of Greenwich in London and is currently Regional Commercial Director for the fDi Intelligence, a division of the Financial Times. Fernando has more than 10 years of experience working with investment promotion agencies and has worked on several FDI projects and studies that include investor perception surveys. In addition, he has presented on best practices in Foreign Direct Investment to international audiences in Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, the Caribbean, among others. Ann is a contributing writer and expert for several publications to include most recently Nearshore Americas, who named her in 2010, 2011 and 2012 to the top 20 in the “Top 50 Power Ranking of Most Influential Executives”. She is an award-winning speaker on site location and economic development, having received CoreNet’s Luminary Award and was recently the keynote speaker at Nicaragua and Mauritius’ recent foreign investment conferences. Ann sits on the boards of the Nearshore Executive Alliance as well as Twin Valley Communications and ISG Technologies. Ann provides strategy and services on corporate site selection, public incentive advisory to global companies, as well as Community Screening Studies for M&A transactions. She has recently completed projects in Brazil, Honduras, United States and China.

Tim Casey, Chief Executive Officer of Accounts Receivable Management Division of Teleperformance USA (TPUSA), Inc.

Mr. Tim Casey serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Accounts Receivable Management Division of Teleperformance USA (TPUSA), Inc. Mr. Casey has served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Analytics Officer at TPUSA, Inc since 2001. Mr. Casey has 33 years of contact center industry experience. Prior to joining Teleperformance, he worked as COO and President of Client Services at Market USA . He has been instrumental in leading his team in the operational implementation and program management of many successful outsourcing engagements for Teleperformance clients. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University.

Christina Morris, President, Qualfon Corporation

Ms. Christina Morris has been the President at Qualfon, S.C. since May 26, 2016. Ms. Morris is also responsible for operational excellence, building strategically tailored solutions, and ensuring that Qualfon continuously delivers on client needs. She is an accomplished and results-driven senior leader within 20+ years of experience in BPO. Ms. Morris provides the leadership and vision necessary to launch, build, and enhance global operations. Her depth of knowledge in large-scale, global operations makes her the ideal person to lead client operations for Qualfon. In her previous role, Ms. Morris managed over 14,000 employees across 36 domestic and international sites, with responsibility for a portfolio over $350M annual revenue for dozens of fortune 500 accounts. Ms. Morris achieved Presidents’ Club status seven times and was presented “The Rock” award for an ARR sales booking of greater than $10 million. She was the first operations leader at that organization to receive the award. Ms. Morris earned her B.S. in Sociology; Business concentration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991. She resides in the Washington D.C. area.
