Four-axis 50mm laser scanning gauge NDC Technologies, a provider of precision measurement and process control solutions, has launched the latest addition to the AccuScan 6000 Series four-axis diameter and ovality gauge range. The new AccuScan 6050, like the AccuScan 6012 gauge that was released last year, provides comprehensive measurement coverage around the product’s circumference to instantly detect changes in product diameter. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including pipe and tube, wire and cable, and other extruded or drawn cylindrical or shaped products. Flexible communications allow easy integration into the production environ- ment. The AccuScan 6050 and 6012 can be integrated with NDC’s Beta LaserMike process control and data management systems, such as the new InControl™ or the DataPro controller, and can be used alongside other Beta LaserMike dimensional monitoring gauges. NDC offers a portfolio of Beta LaserMike measurement and control solutions for pipe and tube applications, alongside its products for the wire industry. It will be exhibiting on Stand 11D68 at Tube 2016 in Düsseldorf.
